At Allparts Music, we want to ensure your instrument repair or build goes perfectly, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in original, uninstalled condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our streamlined process makes it easy to get the right components for your project.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Log into your account or contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receipt.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Securely package the items in their original packaging, ensuring all screws, springs, and documentation are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Allparts

  Affix the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box and ship the package to our designated returns facility using a trackable carrier.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the parts are in new condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
